Hot Tub Rules the BraeBurn Inn NOTE: Hot Tub is currently Out of Service
These rules apply to guests using the Hot Tub at the BraeBurn Inn:
- Hot Tub hours are from 1 p.m. to 11 p.m.
- The Hot Tub building is kept locked at all times and may be booked for half an hour at a time by BraeBurn Inn & RV Park guests only.
- Quiet time is enforced after 11 p.m.--inside and outside (except when entire motel is rented to one group).
- All children must be supervised by an adult at all times. No children under 30 pounds body-weight are allowed in the Hot Tub.
- Please shower before entering the Hot Tub.
- Please clean grass and dirt off feet before entering Hot Tub.
- Softdrinks and smoking are allowed on the deck surrounding the Hot Tub, but not in the Hot Tub or Hot Tub building.
- Let management know if Hot Tub conditions deteriorate (i.e. large amounts of bubbles form when jet is turned on, water becomes murky and/or discolored)
- A quick shower is recommended once you leave the Hot Tub as well in order to rinse off the chemicals.
- We recommend not staying in the tub longer than 20 minutes if the temperature is 100F, and no longer than 15 minutes if it is closer to 105F. We try to maintain the tub temperature at about 100F.
- Please consider other guests as well, since there is only one hot tub. If you are in the tub for more than half an hour, you are exceeding safety guidelines and overstaying your welcome in the tub.
- Last, but not least, consider this: you would not swim in a toilet, so please do not treat the Hot Tub as one.
PLEASE NOTE: This property and hot tub are privately owned, and management reserves the right to refuse hot tub rights to non-guests, or to people who do not observe Hot Tub Rules. Enter the Hot Tub at your own risk. We will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests using the Hot Tub, or for the loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind while using the tub. Please act accordingly.
